Autumn colors at Manshu-in, Kyoto

posted November 28, 2008

Not enhanced at all. The trees in the second photo look like the colors of Fruit Loops cereal that I vaguely remember from childhood.

I’ve stopped in from time to time to check out your blog over the years and while I’ve not traveled much, I’m fairly confident that you must live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I can’t imagine seeing what you see on a day to day basis w/out just breaking down. I love these pics and i’m looking forward to whatever you get from this years Cherry Blossom fest. Cheers.

Gorgeous pictures, Marilyn! Janine told me you were leading another group through Japan’s gardens – boy, would I LOVE to join you! Just not financially feasible, but maybe one of these years. I’m still very interested in seeing your slide show, however. Any chance of that?
