    Thanks Nils, any images of gardens always welcomed by me! Ive been twice to Kyoto on study tours around the temples and gardens…..*sigh* Off to look at my own (not so good as yours) photos and wallow in a bit of nostalgia.

    Doh, I ran across this while taking a break from processing my own pictures from a trip to Tenryu-ji last week. I was thinking “wow, what a photogentic place … must tell Nils about it”. I guess that’s taken care of :-)

    I was on the clock, photographing a tour group, so I didn’t really get any very good photos without our smiling visitors in them. (They had a good time.)

    Oops, my enthusiasm got the best of me, and I got my RYUs and RYOs mixed up. It was actuallly Ryoanji that I went to.
