Recommended Map of Kyoto

I recommend this map book if you are traveling to Kyoto and Osaka. I bought one in California, and it has been the best of all my kyoto maps.
Kyoto-Osaka: A Bilingual Atlas. Published by Kodansha, ISBN 4-7700-1610-7 . Of course, you can get it at any of the big bookstores after you get here, mine says ¥2,100.
I used this map last time and I thought it was pretty good (but it’s not useful if you don’t read Japanese):
Super Mapple Jr Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto in 1:6k – 1:30k
I don’t think visitors from other parts of Japan are going to have trouble finding maps of Kyoto, my advice was directed toward visitors from overseas, who would be lost with a Japanese-only map. The bilingual maps are useful for matching reference points, in my opinion.
Can anyone tell me where to buy this book? I would really appreciate it. The book appears to be unavailable everywhere I have looked.
